Khun Autcharawan Pratumwan
Managing Director, Island Technology Co Ltd
Khun Autcharawan Pratumwan has been involved with the Foundation since its inception. She personally gives her time and support to the charity and through Island Technology supports our IT needs free of charge.
Khun Prayad Anaphol
Human Resources Manager, Baan Rim Pa Restaurant Group
Khun Prayad Anaphol has supported the Foundation since its inception. He manages the visa and work permit requirements of our staff and liaises with Government Offices.
Khun Arporn Nortip
Office Manager, Phuket Has Been Good To Us Foundation
Khun Arporn has been Office Manager with the Foundation for 4 years. She liaises with the Directors of the three Thai schools we work in and enables us to communicate with Thai speakers in the community.
Honorary Directors of Phuket Has Been Good to Us Foundation
Arnaud C.M.C. Verstraete was born in Antwerp, Belgium, and moved to Thailand in 1992 after a 15 year military career. He speaks fluent English, German, French & Dutch. As a passionate Rotary Member (R.C. of Patong Beach) he served as Club President 2005-2006. Arnaud is a Rotary Foundation Benefactor, Bequest Society Member & Major Donor. Phenomenal post-tsunami projects were achieved. Numerous awards were received. He is now serving the Rotary District as an Assistant Governor and in October 2011 he decided to vacate his active role on the Board of the Foundation to take up the position of Honorary Director.
Michael Weinstein was born in the USA and lived in different places around the world for most of his life. He attended Florida State University and eventually ended up in New York City for 20 years, where he worked in the Real Estate Industry as a commercial real estate broker and Founding partner of Retail Consulting Services, co-owned Christer s Restaurant and Mannys Car Wash Blues Bar. Michael's charity work began in the early eighties in NYC, where he became one of the founding members of New York Cares. In the early nineties, Michael also worked with City Kids and was instrumental in securing the producer of the first "City Kids" benefit at Carnegie Hall in NYC, which raised $1.2 million in its total efforts. He moved to Phuket in 1999 is married to Jitsatee and has 2 children, Jane 17 (who volunteers at Coconut Club) and Jonah 7.
Khun Kritidech Srabua was born and raised in Phuket, and is the CEO and the founder of Oriental Events Thailand. Khun Krit was formerly an hotelier with an extensive hotel background at Dusit Hotels, the world famous Oriental Hotel in Bangkok and the 5-star Baan Taling Ngam on Ko Samui for several years. He is responsible for the overall operations and running of Oriental Events programs, where his vast experience in the travel industry is certainly invaluable to all their clients. For the last few years Khun Krit has been an avid supporter of Phuket Has Been Good To Us Foundation, helping to stage professional and innovative events through both Oriental Events and Productions by Kritidech. In 2014, Khun Krit was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors, where he continues to offer guidance and support in fundraising and events.
