Teacher Hamant is entering his 3rd year teaching for the Foundation and has over 8 years of professional teaching experience. He teaches English classes for Primary levels 1-5 and Science in English to Primary levels 1 and 2.

Teacher Hamant’s responsibilities include:

• Developing fun and engaging lessons, like introducing a class fish or having students pot their own plants
• Assessing students’ progress inside and outside of the classroom, updating classroom focus as needed
• Helping out every Saturday with swimming lessons for the residential students
• Hosting Coconut Club every Tuesday
• Writing quarterly student reports on his sponsored students for distribution to sponsors
